The Story

I grew up people-pleasing my way through high school, smoking weed to manage the anxiety of never feeling good enough. At 18 I started selling Cutco door-to-door, became a franchise owner, and led a team of 15 reps. That was the first time I understood what I was actually capable of when I stopped managing myself for other people's approval.

Then I went to jail. That was the moment I stopped going through the motions and started doing something about it. I broke the patterns I had been running on since I was a kid... the people-pleasing, the need for approval, the gap between who I said I was and how I actually lived.

Over the next several years I rebuilt everything from the ground up... my relationship with my body, my identity, my sense of direction. I started working with others going through the same thing and realized the patterns were universal. The frameworks I built for myself became the GUTE Method.

Three years ago I moved to Da Nang, Vietnam and built a 500-person community from scratch. Weekly workshops, growth circles, immersive events. People from 50+ countries. The same stuck-ness in every culture, every career, every age group. Different story. Same gap.

The Method

The GUTE Method.

A four-phase framework built from lived experience. Ground, Understand, Truth in Action, Embody.

G

Ground

Body and mind, stabilized. The foundation everything else is built on.

U

Understand

Find what's underneath... the belief, the wound, the thing driving the pattern.

T

Truth in Action

Close the gap. Small, specific moves that force the real version of you to show up.

E

Embody

Make it permanent. The work becomes who you are... not a routine you maintain.

Follow along.

The work is ongoing — on social, on the podcast, and in the community.
